They will be valid for all your future transactions with Fueguia 1833 and visits to www.fueguia.com. These conditions apply to sales of perfumes or other products by www.fueguia.com  to private individuals. This website is directed exclusively to private individuals. The conditions of sales mentioned hereafter concern only www.fueguia.com  and are not related to any other conditions which are applied in stores. Fueguia 1833 reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found at the end of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

 

DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee that all the items available at the www.fueguia.com  online shop are in stock at the time of your order. In case we are out of stock of any items in your order we will contact you by phone or by e-mail.

 

Fueguia 1833 cannot warrant that the content of www.fueguia.com is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Fueguia 1833 may at any time change the content of the site and the items available in the product range. Though Fueguia 1833 strives to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Fueguia 1833 cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using the site or not being able to use the site. cannot guarantee a problem-free, uninterrupted and secure access to the web site.

Our trade marks include (amongst others) the Fueguia 1833 name and logo. These trademarks may be used or registered in more than one country and your use of this web site does not grant you any rights to use our trade marks. 

 

 

PAYMENT AND PRICES

We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The full amount will be charged on the date of the shipment (i.e. when the package is dispatched). If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include French VAT at 20 %. Shipping costs may be added to your order. Please view Shipping below for shipping charges. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Fueguia.com  ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Fueguia 1833 does not keep its customers' payment card details.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to all countries.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

During 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Due to the scarcity nature of our products returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resalable condition. Online Store cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or products opened. In the case of a product broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to newyork@fueguia.com . For returns please follow the procedure as detailed below. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 30-day period following delivery. Returns can only be made as described in Fueguia 1833 Online Store’s instructions. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores.

If you were to be unsatisfied with your purchase, www.fueguia.com offers free returns with FedEx by contacting us at newyork@fueguia.com.

 

DELIVERY ZONES

We ship to the following EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland,  Italy, Luxembourg,  Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK) and to the US.

 

Orders are shipped 1-2 working days following the day the order was placed. 

Delivery takes 2-6 working days after the shipping confirmation has been sent. If you have any question about your order, contact our customer care newyork@fueguia.com 

 

DELIVERY FEE

Shipping is free for all orders over 100€ / 100 USD.

Depending on your delivery country, a 15€ / 15USD delivery fee will be added to your order if you order samples only.
